Today’s post is all about getting back to school in a healthy way. This egg white wrap is a quick, easy, tasty way to fit as many vegetables as possible into one lunch. It makes 4 servings, so everyone in your family can brown bag to save money and eat healthy.

In addition to our full line of humane, sustainable eggs, NestFresh is also the proud producer of Nature Fed Eggs, Non-GMO Eggs found exclusively at Whole Foods nationwide. These Non-GMO Project Verified eggs come from cage free, free range hens. Nature Fed Liquid Egg Whites have the farm fresh taste you love about eggs, but none of the fat and cholesterol. They work in any of your favorite recipes and we used them here as a lower calorie alternative to our regular eggs.
